A 50% deposit is required once the proposal is approved, which secures your project and allows work to begin. The remaining balance is due when the site is complete and ready to launch.

Most sites are ready in 3–5 weeks, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content and approvals come through. Larger or more complex projects naturally take longer.

Before we begin, you’ll need to complete our client form and have your brand assets ready (logo, colours, fonts, written content and images).

Yes. Every website includes 30 days of aftercare at no extra cost. This period is designed to make sure your launch goes smoothly and your site runs as it should. After that, ongoing maintenance can be arranged on a monthly or annual basis if you’d like continued support.
Aftercare is there to keep your site running smoothly in its first month. It covers fixes for bugs, errors or small adjustments that come up after launch. It doesn’t include redesigns — those are treated as new work.
